What kind of businesses do you work with?

We work with family-owned businesses of any size — from small enterprises founded by a single family to larger multi-generation companies. The common thread is that the business is shaped by family relationships and the question of how it continues across generations.

Do you provide legal or financial advice?

No. Our work is advisory in nature — focused on conversations, operational guidance, and strategic thinking. We do not hold legal or financial licences and we do not advise on regulated matters. Where such expertise is needed, we are happy to suggest that the family engage appropriate professionals.

How long does a succession engagement typically take?

A Succession Conversation Session is a single meeting. A Succession Planning Engagement usually spans several weeks to a few months, depending on the complexity of the business and the family's readiness. An ongoing Advisory relationship continues for as long as the family finds it useful — often one to three years.

What if family members disagree or are not all on board?

That is precisely the kind of situation our work is suited to. Differing views within a family are natural and often healthy. Our role is to create a space where those differences can be heard and explored, not to push any one outcome. We never pressure families toward a particular arrangement.

Are your sessions in English or Thai?

We can conduct sessions in English and work with Thai-speaking families as well. Please let us know your preference when you get in touch and we will ensure the right arrangement.

Are the prices listed per session or for the full engagement?

The Succession Conversation Session (฿4,200) covers a single facilitated session and its written summary. The Succession Planning Engagement (฿21,000) covers the complete engagement including all working sessions and the final plan. The Family Business Advisory (฿35,000) is a monthly retainer for ongoing support.
